Business English Pair Work 2. Further Conversation Practice for Business People

Business English Pair Work 2 gives intermediate students of Business English further useful practice in communication skills. As in Business English Pair Work 1 there are four types of exercise: information gap, discussion, role-play and simulation. All the exercise work is completely new and there is intensive work on writing reports, negotiating budgets and contracts, consumer surveys, training, and executive recruitment. There are also special activities on small talk, social arrangements, telling anecdotes and exchanging opinions, and socializing.
