Compiling orders

1. If the ordered products are in storage or in Dialoog stores and the invoice has been paid, then the entire compiling and delivery process will take 3 to 5 days (counting from the date of payment).
2. If the ordered products are run out of storage or Dialoog stores then those products are order from the publishers straight away and sent to the client in 3 to 6 weeks depending on the logistics.
3. If the order contains products which are in storage as well as those which aren’t, then Exlibris will offer the client the possibility to get the products in two stages: the products in storage will be sent in 3 to 5 days and the products not in storage(ordered from publisher) later. Delivery in two stages takes place at the customer’s expense.
