Consumer rights

  1. The general ordering terms apply to legal relationships arising through the ordering environment (hereinafter referred to as the e-shop) for books and educational materials (hereinafter referred to as the product or products) located on the ExLibris website http://www.exlibris.ee.
  2. In addition to these general ordering terms, the relations between the customer and ExLibris are governed by the legal regulations valid in the Republic of Estonia, procedure for processing personal data of customers approved in ExLibris, price list of e-shop products and established best practice.
  3. If the purchaser and the e-shop ExLibris cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the purchaser can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can review the procedural terms and submit an application here. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve the disputes arising from the contract concluded between the purchaser and e-shop. The review of the purchaser’s complaint by the committee is free of charge. The purchaser can address the consumer dispute resolution platform of the European Union.
